Jiri-Pike Peak and Dudkunda trek: - This trek start from Jiri/Shivalaya. In This trek you visited Pike peak 4070m. From the Peak you will see best view of Himalaya ranges from Kanchanjanga to Annapurna. You see the several world highest mountains (Mt. Everest 8848m, Mt. Kanchanjanga 8586m 3rd highest peak in the world, Mt. Lostse 8516m 4th highest peak in the world, Mt. Makalu 8416m 5th highest peak in the world, Mt. Cho u 8201m 6th highest peak in the world and other over 8000m peaks Mt. Manaslu 8156m and Mt. Annapurna 8091m. You can see many other peaks which are over 6000m-7000m. This is one of the best view point in Nepal because only from this peak we can see many mountain ranges peaks. Also you can see the wild life, local villages, different ethnic peoples and nice forest. Trek continually go to Junbesi village (one of the famous Sherpa village), Visit Thupten chheling Monastery (the Biggest monastery of this region where is more than 1000 monks and mostly they came from Tibet, the high Lama 31st Thupten Rinporche one of the higher lama in Buddhist. He is from Tibet and he is either higher than Dalai Lama). Also this trek you get in Dudkunda Lake Milk lake) 4561m (the mountain lake, just below the Mt. Karelung 6530m, the secret mountain. This trek end from Phaplu 2489m.

The trek Itinerary,

1. Arrival Kathmandu 1325m and transfer to Hotel. (2 star hotel).

2. Visit Kathmandu city. Boudhanath, Pasupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar square.

3. Drive to Jiri and Shivalaya 1770m . (7-9 hrs) by Private car/jeep/bus. 

4. Trek to Bandar 2190m. (5-6 hrs)

5. Trek to Goli Danda 2430m. (6-7 hrs)

6. Trek to Ngaur 3350m. (4-5 hrs) visit old Monastery.

7. Trek to Pike Danda 3860m. (4-5 hrs).

8. Visit Pike peak and Camp in Other side of Pike Danda. (4-5 hrs).

9. Trek to Junbesi 2700m. (6-7 hrs)

10. Trek to Tupten chholing 3120m. (4-5 hrs) Visit Monastery.

11. Trek to Shengeephuk 3940m. (6-7 hrs) Visit several cave where the lama’s taking meditation.

12. Trek to Saharsbeni 3835m. (6-7 hrs) Nice view of the mountain.

13. Trek to Dudkunda 4561m. (5-6 hrs) Passing the Kalo Phokhari (Black Lake).

14. Rest day. Make Dudkunda Kora and enjoy the view. Best view of Mt. Karelung 6530m, Mt. Numbur 6958m and lakes.

15. Trek to Ringmo 2720m. (6-7 hrs) Nice decent by alpine forest).

16. Trek to Phaplu 2469m. (5-7 hrs)

17. Fly to Kathmandu.

18. Free Day in Kathmandu.

19. Departure.


This trip is running with minimum 2 pax.
